East Lake senior TE/DE Bobby Lyons is up to two scholarship offers after Division I-AA Marist recently pulled the trigger.

Army previously offered him a spot.

The 6-foot-5, 220-pound Lyons, a second-team all-county pick, will visit both schools later this month, according to East Lake coach Bob Hudson.

Lyons could play on either side of the ball in college.

“He’s a big, strong kid,” Hudson said. “Obviously, his height is very intriguing to people. I think he’ll end up being a good player.”

Hudson thinks more offers could be on the way.
