Weeki Wachee OL Marcus Applefield pulled in two more big college offers Monday.

The senior-to-be picked up his second SEC offer from Kentucky, on Monday evening, Hornets coach Mark Lee said in a text message. An hour later, Virginia extended him an offer — his 10th — Applefield said via text.

Applefield, a 6-foot-7, 275-pound tackle, has become one of Tampa Bay’s hottest recruits and one of the top prospects in the North Suncoast. He’s part of the area’s standout offensive line class for 2014 and is the first Division I recruit in the school’s young history.

He also holds offers from Vanderbilt, USF, UCF, FIU, FAU, Rutgers, Marshall and UMass.
