Sickles OLB Josh Black isn’t close to finalizing his college decision – but he hasn’t ruled out USF, despite the Bulls’ 0-4 start.

“I don’t base it off the losses,” Black said. “To me, they’re in a rebuilding stage, so it’s all right. I like the coaching staff. The season just began for them.”

Black holds about 10 offers, including Utah, Florida International and Minnesota. He said he plans to visit two other schools that have offered him – Marshall and Arizona.

The 6-foot-2, 220-pound senior is ranked as a three-star prospect by 247Sports and Rivals. He’s one of Tampa Bay’s leaders with nine sacks and is second on the team with 34 tackles.
