Vanderbilt offers Ryan Green

Vanderbilt has offered Ryan Green, the St. Petersburg Catholic running back and No. 1 rated recruit for 2013 according to the Times.

Green also has offers from Florida, Miami, Florida State, USF and UCF.

The Commodores recently offered Lakewood's Rodney Adams as well.
