Former Tarpon Springs linebacker Kostas Vavlas and offensive lineman Kevin Donovan have decided to accept walk-on offers at major colleges.
Vavlas, who set a school record last year with 194 tackles, including 105 solo, is headed to the University of Georgia.
Donovan, a two-year starter with the Spongers who graded out at 83 percent in blocking, will be at Florida State.
They are among six Tarpon Springs players from the Class of 2010 to go to college. The others are offensive lineman Clay Paino (Brown University), linebacker Dillon Goodell (Geneva College), defensive back Michael Parr (Methodist University) and defensive back Darrien Wood (Ellsworth Community College).
