Rivals has given a final update to its class of 2013 rankings, and Tampa Bay’s top prospect is No. 2 on the list.

Wharton DB (and Florida commit) Vernon Hargreaves III is the country’s second-best prospect, behind Georgia pass rusher Robert Nkemdiche.
