Boca Ciega wide receiver Tyree Green (6-foot-2, 190) hasn't received an official offer yet, but he hopes one is coming after dozens of conversations with coaches this spring. A big jamboree certainly won't hurt his chances.

In their spring game, the Pirates beat Sarasota Booker 20-6 and North Port 19-7 in halves of play. While the Pirates offense was strong -- Shaquille Bradford had two touchdown passes, one to Green, and Denzel Dillard ran for a score -- the Bogie defense came up with an interception and a safety in shutting their opponents down. And consider: when Booker and North Port played their half, the score was 44-28.

Check out some of Green's highlights (and feel free to send along yours to johncotey@gmail.com) as the rising senior made a couple of impressive catches, and took one serious hit over the middle.
