Wesley Chapel track standouts Dana Cannon and Ashley Hinds have signed letters of intent with Florida Atlantic.

The Wildcats duo flourished this season with Cannon rolling in the 400 meters with a personal record of 57.75 at the Class 2A, Region 3 meet for second place.

Hinds, who is new to the event, showed promise Wildcats coach Kristi Frye said.

Frye added that the signings are the biggest in the girls track program's history.
