Three seniors from the Wesley Chapel football team will sign to continue their playing careers in college according to Wildcats head coach Ben Alford.

Jake Battin is going to Butte College, which plays in the California Community College Athletic Association. Battin, a St. Petersburg Times' all-North Suncoast honorable mention pick in 2010, played on the line and was a captain this season for the Wildcats. Butte College is located in Oroville, Calif.

Patrick Jackson and Jonathan Lucas have decided on Iowa Western Community College in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Jackson had ten catches at wide receiver for Wesley Chapel and gained 100 yards while scoring one touchdown. As a defensive back on defense, Jackson recorded 18 tackles and had one interception.

Lucas played on the offensive line for the 3-7 Wildcats.

Iowa Western plays in the Iowa Community College Athletic Conference
