Plant RB/DE James Wilder Jr. and OT Tony Posada both returned to practice Wednesday and barring any setbacks Thursday will likely return to action in the Panthers' non-district home game against Spoto on Friday, but how much they will play remains unclear.

Wilder, a FSU commit, is recovering from a left ankle sprain he suffered two weeks ago against Armwood. Posada, who has committed to Michigan, has been out the past three games with a MCL sprain in his knee.

Plant coach Robert Weiner said that both were "a little tender" following Wednesday's night practice.

"At this point, we will see how they feel tomorrow and get a final evalution from the doctor and trainer," Weiner said by text message. "Looks like they will play, but will be limited."
