Wiregrass Ranch shortstop Michael Campoamor has orally committed to Furman, Bulls coach Jeff Swymer said Tuesday afternoon.

Campoamor, a 6-foot-, 165-pound junior, had a solid sophomore season for Wiregrass. He batted .315 with 17 RBIs, a team-best nine doubles and a home run. He also stole four bases and had a save as a pitcher.

Oral commitments are non-binding until recruits sign letters of intent during their senior years.
