Wiregrass Ranch DB Asaad Nevel commits to Mount Union

Wiregrass Ranch DB Asaad Nevel has orally committed to Mount Union (Ohio) College. The Division III powerhouse has won 10 NCAA titles, including 10 of 17 since 1993. 

Nevel (5-8, 170 pounds) had 38 tackles, two interceptions, six pass deflections and two catches for 19 yards including a pair of offensive touchdowns last season. He also had a punt return and kick return for a touchdown.

"He's just kind of an athlete," Bulls coach Jeremy Shobe said. "He could play offense but he's a good hitter and good tackler."
