Former Wiregrass Ranch receiver Antwan Prince has committed to play football at Ave Maria University, Bulls coach Jeremy Shobe said Friday.

Prince led the Bulls in receiving last year with 37 catches for 598 yards and five touchdowns. He helped lead Wiregrass to a 6-5 record and its first ever trip to the playoffs.

The 5-foot-9 Prince was a second-team all-North Suncoast selection by the Times last fall.

Ave Maria is an NAIA school in Collier County.
