The Wynn Watch weekly update:

According to Hudson football coaches, Cobras QB Zack Wynn has 951 passing yards after four games.

That gives him 5,651 for his career.

Pasco County’s all-time record for career yards is 7,657, set by former Land O’Lakes star Drew Weatherford, who later played at Florida State.

In last week’s  38-21 loss to Berkeley Prep, Wynn was 18 of 34 for 136 yards, Hudson coach Mark Nash said.

“Not his best performance,” the coach noted, “but (he) did have 67 yards rushing.”

Hudson plays at River Ridge on Friday.

Weatherford: 7,657 yards
Wynn: 5,651 yards
Games to go: 6
Yards needed to break record:  2,006
