Rutgers' efforts in recruiting the Tampa Bay area is no secret, and now the Scarlet Knights are in on Tarpon Springs OL Zach DeBell, making an offer to the rising senior and No. 10 recruit on the Times25.

Rutgers is the 17th school to get in on DeBell, a 6-foot-7, 260-pound lineman for the Spongers. DeBell has also received offers recently from UCLA and North Carolina State.

Michigan has not offered DeBell in writing, though it may be coming, and Missouri has also expressed strong interest recently.
