What a weekend it has been for Hudson QB Zack Wynn.

While making his first official visit, the 6-foot-3, 205-pound senior got some very good news.

“Western Michigan offered,” Hudson coach Mark Nash confirmed Sunday morning.

WMU has been on Wynn for about a month now. He spent the weekend checking the campus out and meeting with the coaches, which is when the team pulled the trigger.

Despite getting the offer, Wynn is taking the wait-and-see approach.

“He’s going to think about it and talk with his family when he gets back,” Nash said.

Wynn, who has more than 6,500 career passing yards, also has recent interest from Charleston Southern, Columbia, Elon and Jacksonville State.

He’s an honor student, which doesn’t hurt.
