Neighborhood association meetings calendar

Northeast Park Neighborhood Association: Guest speaker at the Feb. 10 meeting is Mike Fredericks, neighborhood transportation manager, who will detail upcoming road construction on 38th Avenue N at Northeast Shopping Center.
