Teens held as sex slaves, deputies say

HAINES CITY — A Polk County school bus monitor is accused of forcing two teenagers to be sex slaves and prostitutes at his Haines City house and of forcing one of them to perform oral sex on a Haines City police officer in exchange for the possibility of "special favors" from the officer in the future.

Paul Rosoan "Big Paul" Aaron Jr., 27, was arrested late Wednesday on charges of sex trafficking, bribery of a law enforcement officer and procuring a minor for prostitution, according to the Polk County Sheriff's Office.

Haines City police Officer Demetrius Lamar Condry, 25, was arrested Thursday. He is charged with sexual battery by a law enforcement officer, lewd battery and official misconduct, according to the Sheriff's Office.

The girls said Aaron forced them to have sex with him and with other men and kept them from leaving his house by threatening them, according to the report.

One girl was 14 and 15 during that time, and the other was 16.

The report said the younger girl was forced to perform a sex act with Condry "for free so that in return he (Aaron) would receive special favors from officer Condry in the future if he ever needed one," the report said.

A Sheriff's Office report said Aaron, who worked part time as a bus monitor for the school district, used his position to solicit an 18-year-old Ridge Career Center student to become a dancer for him.

The girl eventually went to his Haines City house to discuss employment, the report said.

He also told talked with her about having sex for money, the report said. When she declined, she told detectives he called over the younger teenager at the house and told her to perform oral sex on him while the woman watched. The woman said she left the room.

All the incidents happened between July 2009 and February 2010, but authorities didn't learn about it until recently when Winter Haven police were investigating the unrelated case of a girl who was reported missing, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd said.

That information led to the two teenage victims in the Haines City case.
