Clybourne Park See the first of two preview performances of this razor-sharp Tony Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning comedy set in the same neighborhood as Lorraine Hansberry's A Raisin in the Sun. Performance begins at 8 p.m. at Asolo Repertory Theatre, 5555 N Tamiami Trail, Sarasota. $20-$72. (941) 351-9010.

New York Yankees vs. Philadelphia Phillies Spring training heats up in this battle of the bay when the Phillies head over from Clearwater to face the Yanks in Tampa. The game starts at 7:05 p.m. at George M. Steinbrenner Field, One Steinbrenner Drive, Tampa. $17-$33. (813) 875-7753.

DinoQuest 2 An exhibit of more than 20 life-size dinosaurs that move, blink and roar is back at Lowry Park Zoo. Most, including the gargantuan Giganotosaurus, are new since the 2011 visit. The zoo opens at 10 a.m. at 1101 W Sligh Ave., Tampa. It's $4 plus regular zoo admission, 2 and younger free. (813) 935-8552.

Coming up

St. Patrick's Day Don't think of it as just one day, on Sunday. The beer starts flowing at parties Friday and through the weekend at places like the Dubliner in Citrus Park and South Tampa, O'Keefe's in Clearwater (bagpipers!) and Cricketers in Dunedin. There's also the free Rough Riders St. Patrick's Night Parade on Saturday in Ybor City, this time with green beads. Also Saturday, Tampa will turn the Hillsborough River bright green with bio-degradable dye and throw a party in Curtis Hixon Park with beer, food and Irish entertainment.

Anything Goes The tour of the Broadway revival is loaded with Cole Porter standards: You're the Top, I Get a Kick Out of You, It's De-Lovely, Blow, Gabriel and the title tune, among others.
