Pasco County voter guide

In addition voting in statewide senate and governor races, Pasco county voters will choose new state house representatives, county commission and school board members at the polls on Nov. 2. Request a mail-in ballot or find your voting precinct at the Pasco supervisor of elections' website.

In setting its 2010-11 budget, the Pasco School Board raised the local property tax rate by 25 cents per $1,000 of assessed property value with the Florida Legislature's permission. To keep the rate hike in place for 2011-12, the board will need the approval of Pasco County voters.
