On the 11th anniversary of his daughter’s disappearance, Roy Brown got a letter from the man convicted of killing 7-year-old Amanda Brown. Willie Seth Crain Jr. had finally agreed to meet with him, and Brown hoped he would answer questions about Amanda’s death. But then the state Corrections Department stepped in and said no.
