The Clearwater Neighborhoods Coalition is hosting a conference to help residents "turn your neighborhood’s potential into reality." The event will be held from 1-4 p.m. Feb. 10 at the Main Library, 100 N Osceola Ave. The keynote speakers will be St. Petersburg College professor Jeff Kronschnabl and Pasco County Sheriff’s Capt.
