TAMPA — Need a ride home after Gasparilla? The captain’s going to help with that.

Captain Morgan Rum and Lyft have teamed up to give away $20,000 worth of discount ridesharing vouchers for Saturday’s Gasparilla Parade of Pirates.

GASPARILLA: Check out the Tampa Bay Times coverage of all pirate-related activities.

There are limits, of course.

The vouchers are only for those 21 and older. The discounted rides are only available from 12 p.m. through midnight. And it is limited to rides to and from within 5 miles of Tampa "proper" (sorry, south Hillsborough County.)

The discount will go to the first 1,000 users who enter the promo code "LIKEACAPTAIN" in the Lyft app. They’ll each receive a $20 discount on rides.
