New salon offers relaxing ambience in Westchase

WESTCHASE — In French, belle toi means ‘beautiful you,’ and that’s exactly how the owners of Belle Toi Salon want their clients to look and feel.

"We want to empower the women that come in and we want to make them feel good," said co-owner Nensi Leka.

Leka recently opened Belle Toi Salon with her friend, Jerry Anthony. The two met when Anthony was a student at the cosmetology school where Leka was teaching. Both stylists each have more than 10 years experience in the salon and cosmetology industry.

After initially looking for a space in Safety Harbor to open a salon, they chose Westchase instead. "I love the community," Anthony said. "I love the family aspect."

Leka and Anthony designed the salon to be relaxing and inviting with comfy couches and plenty of open space.

Belle Toi Salon offers haircuts, styling, up-dos, color, highlights, keratin treatments, weddings and makeup. Teachers receive a 20 percent discount.

Belle Toi Salon is at 10913 Countryway Blvd. It is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.
