WESTCHASE — For the last three years, Westchase area resident William Wolf frequently dined at SoFresh in South Tampa.

Wanting to have a SoFresh closer to home, Wolf helped convince SoFresh partner John Williams, Jr., to open a new location in Westchase. It is slated to open early this summer.

"I've been bugging him that he needs to open one up over here for awhile," said Wolf, owner/operator of SoFresh Westchase. "I feel like this area has been missing something like SoFresh for a long time."

SoFresh opened its first location near the University of South Florida in 2013, and then expanded to South Tampa in 2014, and downtown in 2016.

"This will be our 4th location and we're not planning on stopping," said Williams, Jr.

SoFresh offers fresh, healthy food that is made to order. Menu items include wraps, salads, bowls, soups and smoothies. Diners can build their own bowls which are rice, quinoa or veggie based and can be topped with chicken, fish, shrimp, steak, organic tofu, or zucchini noodles. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options are available.

Drinks include homemade juices, smoothies and an iced tea bar. The Westchase location will also have frozen yogurt. Catering is available.

SoFresh will be located at 10712 Countryway Blvd. It will be open 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. daily. For more information, visit sofreshsalads.com.
