Pasco County operates nine congregate dining sites that offer a nutritious meal and various program activities. There is no charge for these meals, but donations are requested. Additionally, Pasco County delivers meals to homes of the elderly through two programs: The Elderly Nutrition Program meal is offered for a donation only. The Meals on Wheels program requires a registration fee and a $6 fee per meal. Meals include low-fat milk. For information on any of these meal options or to volunteer, call (727) 834-3340 in West Pasco; (352) 521-5174 in East Pasco; or (813) 929-1231 in Central Pasco.

Monday: Easter celebration: grape juice, sliced ham with pineapple sauce, mashed sweet potatoes, California vegetables, whole-grain bread with margarine, Easter cake, low-fat milk.

Tuesday: Barbecued pork riblet on hamburger bun, pinto beans, yellow corn, mixed fruit, low-fat milk.

Wednesday: Breaded fish filet with tartar sauce, cheese grits, tomatoes and okra, apple juice, whole-grain bread with margarine, low-fat milk.

Thursday: Salisbury steak with brown gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, green peas, rye bread with margarine, graham crackers, low-fat milk.

Friday: Barbecued chicken thigh, brown rice, collard greens with turkey ham, corn bread with margarine, fresh orange, low-fat milk.
