Pinellas: 100th birthday celebrated

Mollie F. Rosengarten

Mollie F. Rosengarten

The year Mollie F. Rosengarten was born, the Model T Ford was introduced, the Wright brothers patented their aircraft and Mother's Day was observed for the first time in the United States.

Mrs. Rosengarten was born in 1908 in Kiev, Russia. She lived in New York before moving to Fort Lauderdale and later to St. Petersburg. She still lives here, at Allegro at College Harbor.

Turning 100 hasn't put a dent in her love of singing, dancing and spending time with friends.
