A 20-year-old Tampa man was arrested Thursday night for the shooting death of a 19-year-old whose body was discovered in a vacant lot on Tuesday.

Angel Edwin Romero-Rivera was arrested at his home on charges of first-degree murder, aggravated battery with intent to harm, possession of heroine, two counts of false imprisonment and two counts of petty theft. He is being held in the Hillsborough County jail with no bail, the Sheriff's Office said.

Homicide detectives said Romero-Rivera had a "domestic related" motive for killing Geovany Edwin Milla-Murillo, 19, of Tampa.

Milla-Murillo was found dead about 1:30 p.m. in a lot on the corner of N Taliaferro and 131st avenues north of Tampa, according to the Sheriff's Office.

The Sheriff's Office released Milla-Murillo's name earlier Thursday and reported that he had at least one gunshot wound to his upper body. He lived on the 1600 block of E 127th Avenue, about a mile east of where his body was found, according to the Sheriff's Office.

Romero-Rivera lives at 1307 Autumn Drive in Tampa. No other details were released.
