Two homes were sprayed with bullets early Thursday morning. Pasco sheriff's spokesman Kevin Doll said detectives are investigating to see if the two shootings are related. A rifle was used in both cases.
The first one happened at 3:58 a.m. at 1141 Powersong St. in Crest Ridge Gardens. Doll said a person banged on the door and then fired multiple shots at the house. No one was injured.
The second incident was at 4:12 a.m. at 3410 Chauncy Road in Aloha Gardens, a little more than 3 miles from the first home. The shooter also pounded on the front door and then fired several rounds through it. A man inside had a minor scratch to his face, Doll said.
