Ohio is a big state, and it takes a long time to drive all the way across. And people have needs. And there is a video camera. And a witness in the back seat. The chain of command seems to have been breached.

Eat half, feel better: If you eat at a restaurant for lunch or dinner today, eat half of what's on your plate. Better yet, ask your server to bring a to-go container with the food and pack up a half portion right away. I lost 20 pounds almost effortlessly doing a modified version of this. I had a lunch buddy willing to share whatever I ordered just about every day. We both ate less, spent less and felt better.
