Early voting to start for Hernando’s primary election

BROOKSVILLE — Early voting for this year’s primary election opens Saturday (Aug. 18) and runs through August 25. Election Day is August 28.

Voters must present identification, which includes photo and signature.

Early voting will take place at four polling places, which are open from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. each day during that window. They are:

• Hernando County Supervisor of Elections west side office at 7443 Forest Oaks Boulevard, Spring Hill.

• East Hernando Branch Library, 6457 Windmere Road, Brooksville.

• Spring Hill Branch Library, 9220 Spring Hill Drive, Spring Hill.

• South Brooksville Community Center, 601 E Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard, Brooksville.
