Bowl all you can for a good cause in Pasco

NEW PORT RICHEY — A Bowl-A-Thon fundraiser is planned for 6-10 p.m. Sunday at Lane Glo, 8631 Old County Road 54, New Port Richey, to benefit a toddler battling a life-threatening disease. The cost is $20 for "all you can bowl," and includes shoe rental. The fundraiser also features music and a 50/50 drawing. Proceeds benefit Mia Hayes, a 15 month old Pasco child born with spina bifida. Her family is raising money for non-embryonic stem cell treatments that could repair damaged cells in Mia's spinal cord. For information, email Haley Hayes at haleyhayes2010@gmail.com or visit amiracleformia.weebly.com online.
