ST. PETE BEACH —Traffic flow has normalized after about two hours of delays Monday morning caused by a broken gas line at Pass-a-Grille Way and 29th Avenue.

TECO Energy crews repaired the line shortly after 11 a.m., according to Eileen Torres, executive assistant to St. Pete Beach City Manager Wayne Saunders.

The break, which occurred during morning construction, also caused local evacuations.
