Anniversary

The Sumners

Richard and Barbara Sumner of Brooksville recently celebrated their golden wedding anniversary. The couple were married Jan. 10, 1964, in Milford, N.H.

The Sumners marked the occasion with family and friends at a party at the Brooksville Elks Lodge. A prime rib dinner was served, and there was music and dancing.

In attendance were the couple's three daughters — Sheryl from Louisiana, Debra from Brooksville and Rebecca from North Carolina, along with their families — in addition to extended family from Rhode Island.
