Easter breakfast; Seabird Sanctuary fundraiser; SPCA needs pet supplies

The St. Petersburg Dream Center is holding a breakfast and Easter event today at Lealman Park, 3800 54th St. N. The free event is open to all. It will kick off around 8:30 a.m. with a pancake breakfast and continue until about 1 p.m. with an Easter egg hunt, youth skits, games for kids and "a little bit of preaching."

Art auction, dinner to aid bird sanctuary

The Wildlife Art Silent Auction and Dinner, a fundraiser to help the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday at the Wine Cellar Restaurant, 17307 Gulf Blvd. in North Redington Beach. The event will feature silent auction items for bidding, items for sale and a dinner with live music. The cost is $45. All proceeds benefit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary.
