Corrections/clarification

• Bake and pierogi sales are at noon Wednesdays at St. Andrew's Ukrainian Catholic Church, 8064 Weeping Willow St., Spring Hill. The church was misnamed in a photo caption in Thursday's Hernando Times.

• The Student Advisory Council at Powell Middle School conducted its election of officers and approved the School Improvement Plan at its September meeting. Because of wrong information submitted to the Times, those actions were included in a notice of the Oct. 15 SAC meeting in Thursday's Class Notes.

• Information in a chart of mental health care services published Thursday related to work done by the local chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness. The source of the data was unclear.
