ENTER DISABILITY WALK: The Hernando County Education Foundation will host a Disability Awareness Walk and Roll at 8 a.m. Oct. 20 at Nature Coast Technical High School, 4057 California St., south of Brooksville. Race day registration is 6:30 a.m.

The entry fee for the 5K is $20 for those who register before Oct. 15 and $25 after that date. Registration includes a T-shirt.

Participants are asked to collect sponsorships; all donations will be collected at the event. Those who raise $25 receive a bronze medal; those who collect $50 will receives a silver medal, and those with $100 in donations will earn a gold medal. Those who collect more than $100 will be awarded the Walk and Roll Excellence Award.

TRAP TOURNAMENT: The Hernando Sportsman's Club will host its annual 4-H Benefit Trap Tournament on Oct. 13 at the club's trap range, 16121 Commercial Way, north of Weeki Wachee.

Registration begins at 8 a.m., and shooting starts at 9 a.m.

The tournament is four rounds for a total of 100 shots. Winners will be selected in three categories: youth, adult and senior. Shooters must bring their own gun, ammunition and lawn chair.

WEEKISTOCK RETURNS: The third annual Weekistock will be from noon to 6 p.m. Oct. 13 at BeckyJacks Food Shack, 8070 Cortez Blvd., Weeki Wachee. Weekistock is a free family event that will include live music, food and drinks, games, produce and raffles. Artists, musicians, businesses and nonprofits are invited to participate at no cost. PERSONAL HISTORY WORKSHOP FOR VETS: The Hernando County Public Library System invites veterans to participate in a Veterans Personal History workshop. Participants will have the chance to share their experiences with other veterans.

This workshops will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at these sites:

•Thursday, East Hernando Branch Library, 6475 Windmere Road, Ridge Manor West.

• Oct. 18, West Hernando/S.T. Foggia Branch Library, 6335 Blackbird Ave., Spring Hill.
