The St. James House of Prayer Episcopal Church outreach ministry program Cornerstone Kids is sponsoring the 23rd annual Lincoln-Douglass Ball tomorrow at 6 p.m. at the Embassy Suites Tampa — USF, 3705 Spectrum Blvd., Tampa. The formal event is a masquerade ball, and guests are invited to dress in costume or wear masks. The event includes cocktails, dinner and dancing.
