LifeSouth Community Blood Center mobile unit schedule for week of Oct. 14

The LifeSouth Community Blood Center mobile unit will be at the following locations this week.

Today: Bus 1, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 13485 Spring Hill Drive (donors receive a free Chick-fil-A sandwich coupon); 1:30 to 3 p.m., Walmart, 13300 Cortez Blvd., Spring Hill. Bus 2, 8 a.m. to noon, St. Anthony Catholic Church, 20428 Cortez Blvd., Brooksville (donors receive a free Chick-fil-A sandwich coupon); 12:30 to 5 p.m., Walmart, 7305 Broad St., Brooksville.

Monday: Bus 1, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Access Healthcare, 10045 Cortez Blvd., Spring Hill; 2:30 to 6 p.m., Sam's Club, 13360 Cortez Blvd., Spring Hill. Bus 2, 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Walmart, 1485 Commercial Way, Spring Hill.

Tuesday: Bus 1, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sumter Correctional Institution, 9544 County Road 476B, Bushnell. Bus 2, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Walmart, 13300 Cortez Blvd., Spring Hill.

Wednesday: Bus 1, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., High Point Community Center, 11249 Club House Road, High Point; 3 to 5 p.m., Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative, 10004 Cortez Blvd., Spring Hill. Bus 2, 3:30 to 6:30 p.m., Spring Haven Apartments, 220 Spring Haven Loop, Spring Hill.

Thursday: Bus 1, Moss Chiropractic Clinic, 1377 Deltona Blvd., Spring Hill (donors receive a gift card for a free 30-minute massage); 3 to 5 p.m., Walmart, 1485 Commercial Way, Spring Hill. Bus 2, noon to 7 p.m., Oak Hill Hospital, 11375 Cortez Blvd., Spring Hill (donors receive a free Subway sandwich).

Friday: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Oak Hill Hospital, 11375 Cortez Blvd., Spring Hill (donors receive a free Subway sandwich); 6 to 10 p.m., Halloween festival at Hernando County Fairgrounds, 6436 S Broad St., Brooksville.

Saturday: Call center for locations.

The blood center, at 12395 Cortez Blvd., Spring Hill, is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sundays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays, and from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays. Donors must be 16 or older (16-year-olds must have written parental consent). All donors must present photo identification. For information, call (352) 596-2002.
