Neighborhood association meetings Jan. 9, 16

Downtown Neighborhood Association: Annual meeting, 7 p.m. Thursday. Award-winning architect Alberto Alfonso will present plans for the new American Craftsman Museum at 333 Third Ave. N. Old Southeast Neighborhood Association: General meeting, 7 p.m. Thursday at the PAR building on Fourth Street at 19th Avenue S. An officer from the St. Petersburg Police Department will provide an update on crime statistics in the neighborhood.

Snell Isle Property Owners Association: Annual meeting and election of officers Jan. 16 at the St. Petersburg Woman's Club, 40 Snell Isle Blvd. Refreshments start at 6:30 p.m., and the meeting begins at 7.
