Ranieri fundraiser: As part of Organ Donation Awareness Month, O'Toole's Irish Pub owners Marcus and Michelle Winters will host a monthlong fundraising initiative for 2-year-old Evan Ranieri, a Brandon toddler in need of a kidney transplant.
For the entire month, 5 percent of the purchases made by patrons with organ donor status (visible on driver's license) will contribute to Evan's transplant and after-surgery care.
From 7 to 9 p.m. April 13, O'Toole's will host "Happy Hour for Hope," a $20 all-you-can-drink fundraiser that includes beer, wine and well drinks. Proceeds donated will go directly to a special fund for Evan's transplant.
Annual fundraiser: The Center Place Fine Arts & Civic Association will celebrate its 29th annual Patron Party at 7 p.m. April 13 at Center Place, 619 Vonderburg Drive, Suite B. Membership reservations are $1,000 for table reservations for eight, $500 for four tickets, $250 for two tickets or $100 for one ticket. Proceeds will benefit the center's artistic programming.
