Pepin Academies will hold its annual Community Gala on Thursday featuring Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Greg Schiano as guest speaker.
The event, held at T. Pepin's Hospitality Centre, aims to raise money for the organization's four schools: Pepin Elementary School, Pepin Middle School, Pepin Academy and Pepin Transitional School. The schools provide an education to students with learning-related disabilities from kindergarten to post-high school.
A cocktail reception begins at 6:30 p.m. and will be followed by a silent auction.
Items available include a New York City trip package featuring dessert and coffee with Memphis cast member and Blake High graduate Dan'yelle Williamson. Bright House Networks' Jen Holloway will help auction off a trip for two to Havana, Cuba, and a diamond pendant from the Gold and Diamond Source.
