Haiti rescue in pictures: Tampa Fire Rescue lieutenants Roger Picard and Brian Smithey, who are also members of FEMA Florida Task Force, were deployed to Haiti 48 hours after the quake and will give a photo presentation of their trip at 2 p.m. at the Clearwater Main Library, 100 N Osceola Ave. Free.
