back-to-school pool safety with phinley and clifford the big red dog

Join Threshers mascot Phinley, Clifford the Big Red Dog, Sparky the Fire Dog and members of the Florida Safe Pools & Safe Kids @ All Children's Hospital for a back-to-school pool safety event on the mall's first floor in front of JCPenney. 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. today. American Cancer Society Relay for Life: The Palm Harbor event will remember those lost to cancer and honor those who have survived from 6 p.m. today to noon Saturday at Wall Springs Park, 3725 De Soto Blvd. A Survivors Lap will kick off the event at 6 p.m., luminaria will be lit at 9 p.m. Sponsor: Tammy Ashe.
