Scholarships available: Applications are available until Thursday for 4-H after-school program scholarships at three Hillsborough County Recreation Centers. The county has received a grant from the National 4-H Council and the MetLife Foundation to pay for 33 fourth- and fifth-graders to attend the Rec2Six after-school program.
