Pasco County school menus for week of May 2

Elementary breakfasts

All elementary breakfasts include a choice of one main fare item, one fruit or 100 percent fruit juice and one milk choice plus an option for cereal with graham crackers or yogurt with graham crackers.

Monday: Cinnamon bun.

Tuesday: Breakfast burrito.

Wednesday: Breakfast pizza.

Thursday: Sausage egg and cheese biscuit or sausage biscuit.

Friday: Peanut butter wafer bar.

Elementary lunches

All elementary lunches have a choice of milk and two side dishes. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are available daily. Daily side dish options include fresh fruit, vegetables and juice.

Monday: Orange chicken and steamed rice with pork egg roll or grilled cheese sandwich.

Tuesday: Beef and cheddar melt sandwich or pizza sticks with marinara sauce.

Wednesday: Turkey hot dog or tuna or hummus lunch pack.

Thursday: Pasta with meat sauce or cafe sub sandwich.

Friday: Personal pan pizza or peanut butter or yogurt dipper platter.

Middle and high school breakfasts

All secondary breakfasts include a choice of one main fare item, one fresh fruit or 100 percent fruit juice and one milk choice.

Monday: French toast sticks, breakfast combo, yogurt fruit parfait, ultimate breakfast round, muffins or cereal with muffin loaf.

Tuesday: Hot breakfast sandwich, yogurt fruit parfait, ultimate breakfast round, muffins or cereal with Pop Tart.

Wednesday: Cinnamon french toast, breakfast burrito, yogurt fruit parfait, ultimate breakfast round, muffins or cereal with muffin loaf.

Thursday: Pancakes, waffles, yogurt fruit parfait, organic Zac Omega bar, muffins or cereal with Pop Tart.

Friday: Breakfast pizza, whole wheat cinnamon bun, whole grain oatmeal chocolate chip bar or cereal with muffin loaf.

Middle and high school lunches

All secondary lunches include an entree, a milk choice and a choice of any two hot vegetable and/or side options. Assorted fruit varies by school.

Monday: $2.50 menu: Chicken sandwich, chef salad, baked potato and veg chili or peanut butter and jelly sandwich. $3 menu: Hummus platter, Mediterranean Greek salad or pizza.

Tuesday: $2.50 menu: Roast beef with mashed potatoes, garlic flat bread with marinara sauce or peanut butter and jelly sandwich. $3 menu: Specialty sub, yogurt parfait or tuna salad.

Wednesday: $2.50 menu: Barbecue or veggie barbecue rib sandwich with cinnamon sweet potatoes or peanut butter and jelly sandwich. $3 menu: Buffalo chicken salad or pizza.

Thursday: $2.50 menu: Chicken Alfredo with sun-dried tomatoes, pasta with meat sauce, chicken Caesar salad, Caesar salad or peanut butter and jelly sandwich. $3 menu: Twisted turkey sandwich or Flatz pizza.

Friday: $2.50 menu: Chicken sandwich, taco salad, vegetarian Sante Fe rice bowl or peanut butter and jelly sandwich. $3 menu: Fiesta Friday (nachos/tacos/burritos) or yogurt or tuna platter.

    TALLAHASSEE — A former Florida Supreme Court justice, who wrote a decision that prevented lawyers from excluding jurors because of their race, has died.

    Former Florida Supreme Court Justice Parker Lee McDonald died Saturday, the court said in a statement. He was 93.
