The CARES Bill Payer Program is a program that offers free assistance to seniors who need help writing their checks, paying monthly bills, balancing checkbooks or setting up a budget. These services are available to adults 60 years of age and older who need help managing financial obligations because of visual or physical or a mild memory loss and have a low to moderate income.
