Pasco school menus

Elementary breakfasts

All elementary breakfasts include a choice of one main fare item, one fruit or 100 percent fruit juice and one milk choice plus an option for cereal with graham crackers or yogurt with graham crackers.

Monday: Cinnamon French toast

Tuesday: Breakfast burrito

Wednesday: Breakfast combo

Thursday: Sausage in a pancake

Friday: Mini pancakes

Elementary lunches

All elementary lunches have a choice of milk and two side dishes. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are available daily. Daily side dish options include fresh fruit, vegetables and juice.

Monday: Beef tips with mashed potatoes or cheesy toastwich

Tuesday: Chicken nuggets with baked potato or chef salad

Wednesday: Ravioli with bread stick or tuna or hummus lunch pack

Thursday: Roasted chicken with cheesy potatoes or whole grain cafe sandwich

Friday: Pizza or peanut butter or yogurt dipper box

Middle and high school breakfasts

All secondary breakfasts include a choice of one main fare item, one fresh fruit or 100 percent fruit juice and one milk choice. Main fare item choices always include a yogurt fruit parfait, UBR, whole grain muffins, cereal with a muffin loaf or a Pop Tart and a fruit smoothie.

Monday: French toast sticks or breakfast combo

Tuesday: Egg, cheese and sausage breakfast sandwich, omelet sandwich or whole grain breakfast

Wednesday: Whole grain Cinnamon French toast or breakfast burrito

Thursday: Maple pancakes or Snack'N Waffles

Friday: Breakfast pizza or cinnamon bun

Middle and high school lunches

All secondary lunches include an entree, a milk choice and a choice of any two hot vegetable and/or side options. Assorted fruit varies by school.

Monday: $2.50 menu: Beef stroganoff with noodles, chicken Caesar salad, Caesar salad or peanut butter and jelly sandwich. $3 menu: Pizza sticks with marinara sauce, chicken nuggets with potato roasters or chicken sandwich.

Tuesday: $2.50 menu: Asian chicken with rice and egg roll, chef salad, garden salad or peanut butter and jelly sandwich. $3 menu: Cafe sub, hummus platter or cheese or pepperoni pizza.

Wednesday: $2.50 menu: Hamburger, cheeseburger, crispy chicken salad, garden salad or peanut butter and jelly sandwich. $3 menu: Tuna wrap, Morning Star Farms garden burger or chicken patty sandwich.

Thursday: $2.50 menu: Hot cafe sandwich, chicken Caesar salad, Caesar salad or peanut butter and jelly sandwich. $3 menu: Homemade calzone or yogurt parfait.

Friday: $2.50 menu: Yogurt plate, taco salad or peanut butter and jelly sandwich. $3 menu: Nachos, tacos, bean and cheese burrito or chicken patty sandwich.

    CLEARWATER — Pinellas County Circuit Judge Jack St. Arnold on Monday threw out the $458,100 sale of a gulf-front condo because of what he called an "unscrupulous" and "conniving" scheme to trick bidders at a foreclosure auction.

    Pasco County economic development officials are busy reigniting their business start-up resources following the departure earlier this year of Krista Covey, who ran the Pasco Economic Development Council's SMARTStart business incubator in Dade City.

    Andrew Romaner was promoted this summer to serve as program director of the Dade City SMARTStart Entrepreneur Center, a start-up incubator service of the Pasco Economic Development Council. He succeeds Krista Covey, who relocated to Texas for another startup position. [Courtesy of Pasco EDC]
