CLEARWATER — A man was arrested Thursday on felony charges of failing to register as a sexual predator. Clearwater police said Chester Robert Dzikowski, 32, violated his sexual predator registration requirements when he moved out of the Butterfly Lodge Motel at 12500 U.S. 19 N and did not update his Florida driver's license or ID card within two days of relocating, per state law. Dzikowski now lives at 325 Cherry Laurel Drive in Palm Harbor, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office. He was released Thursday from the Pinellas County Jail after he posted $10,000 bail. Dzikowski, who goes by "Blue Devil," was found guilty of committing sexual battery on a Pinellas County victim younger than 12 in 1998, state records show. He has a fair complexion, shaved head and green eyes. He stands 6-foot-2 and weighs about 170 pounds.
