The United Methodist Church of Sun City Center, 1210 Del Webb Blvd. W, hosts two of Nashville's most popular and busiest musicians tonight at 7. Guitarist Richard Kiser, a protege of Chet Atkins, joins music legend and former Hee Haw member Charlie McCoy for an evening filled with music and humor. Journey Church, 1310 John Moore Road, holds its early annual Easter EGGSstravaganza on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The free event will feature games, a bounce house, pony rides and an egg hunt with more than 3,000 eggs, and its all free. First Baptist Church, 503 N Palmer St., Plant City, holds its 7th Annual Egg Drop Festival on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will feature an egg drop at 11:45 a.m., food, games, face painting and other activities. For more information, call (813) 752-4104.

First United Methodist Church of Brandon, 121 N Knights Ave., Brandon, is holding two Easter season activities this week. There will be special music and media at the 9:30 and 11 a.m. services for Palm Sunday. The church will hold a Living Last Supper live re-creation of the da Vinci painting on Thursday at 7 p.m. For more information, call (813) 689-4161.

United Community Church, 1501 La Jolla Ave., Sun City Center, will hold a Palm Sunday service at 10 a.m. with guest musicians on Sunday. The church will also hold a live re-creation of da Vinci's The Last Supper on Thursday with soup and bread in the Great Hall at 6 p.m. and a worship service at 7 p.m. For more information, call (813) 634-7062.

Bell Shoals Baptist, 2102 Bell Shoals Road, presents a special worship concert Sunday at 6 p.m. Music for the free concert will come from the worship ministry's newly released CD, We Cry Out Your Name.

Congregation Beth Shalom, 706 Bryan Road, hosts its annual Second Night Seder for Passover on Tuesday at 6 p.m. The event will include a full seder meal (with vegetarian option available) from Orange Blossom Catering, and all of the traditions expected at this commemoration of the story of the Exodus. Costs are $36 per adult (age 13 and up) and $18 per child (ages 5-12). Children under the age of 5 are free and welcome to attend, but additional food will not be available for them. South Brandon Worship Center, 4929 Bell Shoals Road, holds a Family Fun Fest Car and Bike Show March 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The free event, cosponsored by Shoresh David Messianic Synagogue, will feature two treasure hunts, bounce houses, face painting and arts and crafts.

The Crossing Church presents The Crown at its Tampa campus, 10130 Tuscany Ridge Drive, and its SouthShore campus (Lennard High School, 2342 Shell Point Road E) March 30-31. It will feature a video, musical and dramatic retelling of the Easter story. There will also be an Easter egg hunt for preschool children during each service. At the Tampa campus, The Crown will be presented March 30 at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. and March 31 at 9 a.m., 11 a.m., 1:30 p.m. (Spanish service) and 5 p.m. At the SouthShore campus, The Crown will be presented at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.

The Palma Ceia United Methodist Women will hold its annual scholarship luncheon in Fellowship Hall, 3723 W Bay to Bay Blvd., Tampa, on April 27 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will feature a fashion show sponsored by LaFrance Dejavu Garmenture, a historical presentation by the Tampa History Museum and items by local artists for purchase. Tickets cost $15. Proceeds benefit scholarships for seminary students in the United Methodist Florida Conference. Tickets may be purchased in the church office until April 23.
